Satin Fabrics
One of the most elegant fabrics, satin is shiny and smooth. It is a tightly woven fabric type, produced so that the threads overlap one another. With a wide range of uses, satin is also known for being soft. Usable in sewing many garments from shirts to jackets, satin is also preferred for accessories such as shoes and scarves. However, it should be noted that it is a delicate fabric to work with.
