Combed Cotton Satin Fabric

Faal mercerized combed cotton satin fabrics are woven on state-of-the-art weaving machines in a 4/1 satin weave with 83 threads per square centimeter, from combed yarns produced from long-fiber, first-class American cotton that can be guaranteed free of foreign fibers, fly and jute worldwide. These woven fabrics are finished in dye-houses holding the internationally recognized Oeko-Tex 100 and ISO standards, using reactive dyes and applying the original mercerization process. They contain no substances harmful to the environment and human health. They are 100% natural and healthy.

The weaving technique of satin fabric and the mercerization process give the fabric surface smoothness, gloss, a soft texture and drape. A common feature of cotton fabrics is that they tend to wrinkle. The original mercerization process applied to Faal mercerized combed cotton satin fabrics makes wrinkling more difficult and allows them to be ironed easily. It increases the washing life of the fabric and keeps its gloss the more it is washed. It absorbs moisture and does not cause sweating. Thanks to its air permeability, the fabric breathes and provides quality sleep.

Washing Instructions

1. Wash duvet cover sets inside out at a maximum of 40 C.
2. Do not use chlorine bleach or bleaching agents on colored items.
3. Never use detergents intended for white fabrics on colored items.
4. When washing is finished, do not leave the fabric waiting in the machine.
5. Do not wash colored and white items together.
6. Never fill the machine completely.
7. When ironing, so that wrinkles come out easily, iron in a slightly damp state, first the back face and then the front face on the cotton program.
